Meet Georgia, Brisbane’s best performing arts photographer & videographer

Turning fleeting moments into funding opportunities.

Helping art organisations, independent artists and festivals strengthen grant applications, expand audience reach and deepen their visual storytelling.

MEET GEORGIA.

BRISBANE’S BEST documentarian FOR PERFORMERS.

I’m Georgia, a documentarian based in Meanjin/Brisbane, living and working on the unceded lands of the Turrbal and Jagera peoples.

My documentation portfolio includes collaborations with established arts organisations like Queensland Theatre, Australasian Dance Collective, Lucy Guerin Inc, and Dead Puppet Society. I’ve worked across multiple arts festivals including Brisbane Festival, Horizon, Backbone, and Anywhere Festival.

My passion lies with amplifying artists’ visual storytelling. I’ve found there’s a big gap between the rich artistic processes that come before a premier and what is traditionally captured/showcased. I value process as part of the art, and audiences do too.

I’ve found my place in witnessing and curating assets that serve the artists’ art and overarching growth.

I KNOW THE frustrations THat COME WITH limited funding, audience development, and industry recognition.

THAT’S WHY MY WORK EXISTS TO:

  1. PRESERVE WORK IN TRANSITION

  2. DEMONSTRATE IMPACT

  3. CREATE PROOF OF PRACTICE

  4. SUPPORT FUNDING, ARCHIVES AND AUDIENCE TRUST

MY GOAL IS SIMPLE

MY GOAL IS SIMPLE •

VISIBILITY EQUALS OPPORTUNITY, AND BREAKING THROUGH THE NOISE ISN’T EASY.

The performing arts have always captivated me, and while I may not be on stage myself, I've found my place in capturing the magic that unfolds there.

As a visual artist who is embedded in the indie arts scene, I bring both technical expertise and authentic understanding to every project.

My documentation work goes beyond simple recording, it's about preserving the true essence of each work and helping artists thrive in a competitive industry. Being part of the queer arts community and actively engaged in the local scene gives me unique insight into the challenges artists face in building sustainable careers.

You create.

I capture.

Together, we make sure your work gets the attention it deserves.

YOUR WORK HAS THE ABILITY TO TURN HEADS AND OPEN WALLETS.

YOU’RE JUST NOT CAPTURING IT RIGHT.
